As we approach a new month and have gotten into the swing of things, it’s important to make sure you’re fulfilling your “why.”

Of course, I don’t mean for you to doubt yourself and completely question what you are doing, but reflect on what you are doing and where you are going. This is true for teachers, students, and any professional really!

A quick exercise for you (or your students, too!) to start the week:

  1. Write down why you do the work you do, at least your reason for the month. 🙂
  2. Who are you surrounding yourself with and how do they influence you?
  3. What can you do to improve for the next month?

Have a great week, and a great month!
